About our process
All complaints and enquiries received by the Noise Complaints and Information Service are documented and recorded in our complaints database.
Each complaint or enquiry is allocated a reference number. This is automatic – you don’t have to ask for a reference number to make this occur.
We investigate trends, issues and identify opportunities for improvements that may reduce the environmental impact of aircraft operations.
Our data is collated and analysed monthly and made available to airports, airlines, community forums and government to assist with long term planning, operational and policy development issues.
