At the commencement of the 2013 Graduate Program, an induction will familiarise you with our organisation.
The induction consists of:
- Corporate Induction program
- Meet and greet with Senior Managers across all Business Groups
- Tours of Tower, Airport Fire Station and Facilities Management Services in your successful location
- Introductory Training
TrainingĀ and professional development
Training is both on-the-job and through courses, this training is conducted through projects, workshops, site visits, and guest speakers. We have training programs on offer, as well as on-the-job coaching to encourage skill development and knowledge transfer.
Mentoring
Our mentoring program will provide you with insight into available career options as well as help you establish networks within the organisation. You mentor will stay with you throughout the Graduate year and is an invaluable resource.
Social Club
Our TAI Social Club organises subsided events including Christmas functions, golf days, ski trips, happy hours, raffles and movie nights. Members also receive discounts for a range of products and services.

Employee Assistance Program
Free confidential professional counselling for work, personal and family issues. The program covers all employees and their immediate families.
Personal leave
In addition to four weeks paid recreation leave, we have a personal leave entitlement which offers up to 18 days paid personal leave each year to recover from illness or injury, to care for an immediate family or household member or even to move house.

Graduates will be located in our head office inCanberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
