The recruitment process

The recruitment process is undertaken in stages. While every effort is made to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, there may be some delay between each stage. The stages are:

  2. Online assessments
  3. Telephone interview
  4. Assessment Centre – final interview
  5. Referee checks
  6. Pre-employment medical and security check
