Standard Data Ordering Process

Annual subscription

Standard Data products are sold as a one year renewable subscription under the terms of a Standard Data Licence Agreement.  Your subscription will entitle you to access your selected Product Groups and updates to the Product Groups via Airservices’ data portal for the duration of your subscription, including any renewal period.

Standard Data Order Form and Standard Data Licence Agreement

To order Standard Data access the Product Group table, select the Product Groups you would like to purchase, and complete the remainder of the Standard Data Order Form.

You will then need to review and accept the terms of the Standard Data Licence Agreement made available at the bottom of the Standard Data Order Form. Once you have acknowledged your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Standard Data Licence Agreement you will be able to submit your Standard Data Order Form to Airservices.

Advance payment of licence fee

Your Standard Data Order Form will be processed by Airservices and (unless Airservices declines to supply the Standard Data) an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Prices specified are inclusive of GST, however GST will not be included in the invoice if you are assessed as GST exempt. Following receipt of payment, Airservices will provide you with a password and instructions on how to access the ordered Standard Data via Airservices’ data portal. Delivery is only available via this method.

Other fees and royalties payable

Depending on your use of the Standard Data, additional user fees or royalties may also be payable under the Standard Data Licence Agreement. The applicable fee(s) may also vary in accordance with the Standard Data Licence Agreement.
