Where possible Airservices will respond to reasonable replies and messages sent via Twitter. Formal requests and enquiries should be made through email or mail to the relevant area within Airservices or use the contact form. Make sure you select the relevant subject matter in the drop-down menu.

Our Twitter account is used to disseminate a broad range of information about Airservices activities.  This includes news, updates to our website, the release of new documents and publications, new safety promotion products, our attendance at events as well as a range of other activities.

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents who are not employees of Airservices Australia.
  2. To enter this Promotion you must, before the Promotion End Date
    • visit the Airservices Tracks Santa Facebook page and watch the Christmas video post. The post will contain a number of Christmas elements. Entrants must include a comment on the post, stating the number of Christmas elements in the video.
    • in the same post answer the following question in 25 words or less “What do you love about Christmas the best?”
  3. Multiple entries are not allowed. If you submit more than one entry only the first post will be considered.
  4. The winner will be determined by the Promotor being the person who (a) correctly identifies the number of Christmas elements in the video and (b) who submit the best answer, in the judgement of the Promotor to the question “What do you love about Christmas the best?” in 25 words or less.
  5. The winner is determined by skill and the Promotors decision is final.
  6. The winner will be contacted by Facebook Messenger in January 2019 and will received the prize before March 2019. The prize winner will be announced on Airservices Australia’s Facebook page in January or February 2019.

    • in the same survey answer the following question in 50 words or less “Which is the one technology that will revolutionise the aviation industry in the next five years, and why?”
  3. Multiple entries are not allowed. If you submit more than one entry only the first will be considered.
  4. The winners will be determined by the Promotor being the person who (a) completes the survey and (b) who submits the best answer, in the judgement of the Promotor to the question “Which is the one technology that will revolutionise the aviation industry in the next five years, and why?” in 50 words or less.
