Air Navigation (Aircraft Engine Emissions) Regulations 1995 support tool

All civil aircraft operating in Australia are required to comply with the Air Navigation (Aircraft Engine Emissions) Regulations 1995 regardless of size, purpose or ownership. Responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the aircraft operator/owner to ensure their aircraft meets the Regulations.

The following tool has been developed to assist aircraft owners and operators to identify existing evidence of international engine emission certification, to demonstrate compliance with the Air Navigation (Aircraft Engine Emissions) Regulations 1995.
